Golf Outing Update and Roster: Get Your Tickets Now!

Brothers,

We are just three weeks out from our Annual Golf Event, and we need a little push from you to finalize our foursomes.  There are still tickets available, and we have names of some players who haven't paid yet. Take a moment to review the tentative Roster by clicking the button to the right. 

If you've been on the fence or need a little time to put together a foursome, I encourage you to take the plunge and order your tickets; you'll be glad you came out!  Remember, we also have Taco Dinner tickets if you can't join us for golf but can come later.  We have to give the course our final count soon, and we are a little behind last year's attendance.  

Register using the button at the bottom of this email, call up an old friend or two and drag him to the event.  Bring an adult son or your best buddy who’s not an Alpha Delt.  Whatever can get you there!

Our greatest fear is that you look past or forget and the event is not as good as it can be.

In addition, we could use prize donations. If you own a business, can it provide a prize of around $50-$100? Can you ask a client or vendor?  Every single dollar raised from the raffle will be donated.

A raffle for other prizes will be held at the Post-Round gathering.

100% of the raffle proceeds will be donated to the American Heart Association in memory of two brothers we lost too young to heart disease: Ray Greer '87 and Ted Foster '85.(Would you or your business consider donating a prize with a value between $50 and $100?  If so, please let Mike Marach know at mdmarach@comcast.net.)

Post-Round Social with a Taco Bar Dinner

Tickets:   Graduated Before 2017: $145 per golfer/$580 per foursome               Graduated After 2016 and Guests Under 30: $125 per golfer          As in years past, please bring $30 cash on the day of the event for the prize pool.

                Can't Make Golf? Join us for Post-Round Social with Taco Bar Dinner for just $25! Our goal is 24 foursomes.  To make the event run smoothly, we are looking for brothers willing to be foursome captains.  A captain will be responsible for wrangling his foursome: confirm attendance, collect course fees in advance, and pay for the foursome through our ticketing portal here. If you are interested in attending or have questions, please let us know by email at "communications@ilalphadeltaphi.org" and include the word "Golf" in the subject line. We will accept check payments on the day of, but you have to let us know in advance. Make checks payable to "Illinois Alpha Delta Phi Alumni Association". We hope to see you!
